RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To submit a request, please contact us through Instagram DM.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the item’s value will be refunded through Instapay, after deducting the return shipping fees. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
➡️ If you wish to return an item that has no defects or issues, the return shipping fees will be covered by you.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned UNWORN, UNUSED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED, with their original packaging and flyer attached.
If an item is returned damaged, worn, without the flyer, or in an unsuitable condition, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund. All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
The refund process may take up to 10 WORKING DAYS. Once the returned item has been picked up, transferring the refund may take up to an additional 4 WORKING DAYS.
Each order is limited to a maximum of 2 refund requests. Once this limit has been reached, no further requests can be processed.
If a return pickup fails due to cancellation or repeated rescheduling by the customer, the order will no longer be eligible for return.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.
Please inspect your items after receiving your order to ensure they are in the expected condition and that you are satisfied with the fit.
To request an exchange, please contact us through Instagram DM within the 14-day period and provide your order number and the new size required.
Items must be UNWORN, UNUSED, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, with their original packaging and flyer attached, to be eligible for exchange.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item or size is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed under any circumstances.
